When will I receive my tickets?

E-tickets are NOT dispatched to you. Your e-ticket will be sent direct to your inbox immediately after your purchase. Please ensure you bring your bar-coded e-ticket with you and valid photographic ID.

How can I find out my seat numbers?

Seating is un-reserved.

What are the door opening times?

The doors will open at 6.30pm and the concert will finish at 10.30pm.

Is there disabled access?

St John-at-Hackney Church has disabled access and disabled toilet facilities. All disabled access, booking and queries are handled by Mencap. For disabled-access bookings please call 020 7696 5547 or email music@mencap.org.uk.

Are there any age restrictions?

You must be 16 or over to attend these concerts. Valid photographic ID will be required to purchase alcohol.

Why can I only buy four tickets?

A maximum of four tickets per event has been set to allow more people the opportunity to buy tickets. There will be no exceptions.

Can I apply for tickets if I'm not a UK resident?

No. Unfortunately, these tickets are only available to UK residents.

Is this site secure?

Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. Payments are processed by SecureTrading Ltd on their own secure servers.

Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us or SecureTrading Ltd.

What name will appear on my credit card or bank statement?

All payments will be handled by SecureTrading Ltd. 'Mencap' will appear on your card statement.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the management's discretion.
